Are there any hidden costs or ongoing fees?
No hidden costs. Every package includes implementation, training, and 90-day support. The only additional costs would be optional: extended support packages, additional automations after initial delivery, or AI service costs (typically $50-500/month for services like OpenAI).
How does the money-back ROI guarantee work?
Each package tier includes a specific ROI guarantee: Starter targets 3X, Growth targets 5X, Enterprise targets 7X return within 12 months of go-live. If documented cost savings don't reach the target, we continue working at no additional cost until they do. We track savings monthly and share reports with you.
What's the payment structure?
50% deposit to start, 25% at mid-point (day 45), 25% at go-live (day 90). For Enterprise packages we offer quarterly payment plans. We want alignment: you don't pay final installment until you're seeing the AI work in production.
